WAY 03 OF 06
Some apartments and residential properties may be empty while they await a long-term tenant. Selected properties may be considered for a short discovery stay when the required permissions and checks are in place.

THE APPROACH
A stay can help you understand a place beyond a brochure: the surrounding community, transport connections, nearby shops and the day-to-day feel of the home.
The program brief makes three conditions clear: the owner must explicitly authorise the stay, it must comply with applicable local accommodation or short-stay rules, and safety checks must be completed. An empty property is not automatically available to guests.
Stay in a place. Understand how it feels to live there.
Notice the neighbourhood's pace and daily routines.
Explore practical routes and the connections you would use.
See the nearby shops, services and everyday conveniences.
Observe the surroundings at different times of day.
Experience the space, comfort and practical layout during an authorised stay.
THREE REQUIREMENTS FROM THE BRIEF
These are topics to understand before discussing a particular property.
0 of 3 requirements reviewed
Your ticks are saved in this browser. They record topics you have reviewed; they do not approve a property or verify that these conditions are met.
Only selected, authorised properties can be considered. A discovery stay does not create an obligation to buy the property.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
No. Owner authorisation, applicable accommodation rules and safety checks must all be addressed for the specific property.
No. A temporary discovery stay and a purchase decision are separate. You never have to buy anything.
